Services
We provide comprehensive community-based services to support the critical needs of our clients.
Counseling and Therapy
We provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling tailored to each person’s unique needs. Using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, our therapists help people develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and achieve their goals.
Medication Management
We provide evaluation and monitoring of psychiatric medications along with prescribing when necessary to manage symptoms. This service is provided by qualified nurse practitioners with a dedicated background in mental health.
Telehealth
Telehealth services provide convenient, secure access to counseling, behavioral health services and medication management through virtual appointments. Clients can receive support from licensed professionals from the comfort and privacy of their home.
Community Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS)
Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) are individualized, skill-building services that improve daily functioning, enhance independence, and support community integration for individuals of all ages. Through therapeutic education and coaching, clients develop skills such as coping, problem-solving, communication, safety planning, symptom management, and independent living to improve overall quality of life.
Case Management
Case Management is aimed at assisting clients of all ages in accessing community resources through linking and coordination services to meet their basic needs and increase stability in their lives. These services are provided in the home or community until the client is capable of accessing these resources independently.
Peer Support
Peer Support offers clients, typically ages twelve (12) or older, a unique form of mental health assistance provided by trained professionals with similar life experiences. Our Peer Support Specialists use their lived experiences to offer empathy, understanding and practical guidance to others facing similar struggles.
Family Support
Family Support is exclusively delivered by trained professionals who have personal experience caring for youth with mental health or co-occurring challenges. Our Family Support Partners offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach where families can learn, grow, and find strength by connecting with those who have walked a similar path. Our Family Support Partners provide practical insight, emotional support, and renewed hope to families and their child’s future.
Crisis Stabilization
Our Community Crisis and Support Centers provide immediate, 24/7 behavioral health crisis stabilization in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Services include timely assessment, short-term stabilization, solution-focused counseling, and connection to ongoing care at no cost to those we serve.
Youth Empowerment Services (YES)
Youth Empowerment Services (YES) is a strengths-based, family-centered initiative within the children’s mental health system of care. It incorporates a team approach with emphasis on providing individualized care for children, offering Respite Care and Wrap-around services to youth with serious emotional disturbances (SED) that may not qualify under traditional Medicaid.
