About the Role

Clarvida is hiring Pre-Licensed Therapists to join our teams across California. These full-time roles offer a competitive hourly rate of $33–$36/hr, full benefits, and access to free clinical supervision. As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients, support recovery goals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—all within Clarvida's trauma-informed, person-centered care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Participate in crisis intervention and consultation when needed
• Assist clients with educational, vocational, and social goal planning
• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment planning and program development
• Document clinical progress, submit reports, and maintain accurate client records
• Teach educational classes and provide outreach services where needed
• Transport clients or travel as required for community services
• Meet productivity requirements and maintain caseloads
• Address on-call or after-hours duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Registered as an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), or Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) in California
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with clients in mental health settings
• Direct clinical and case management experience
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with serious mental illness or trauma-based populations
• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Experience in school or outreach settings
