Collaborative Certification Support Specialist

About the Role

Clarvida is seeking a Collaborative Certification Support Specialist to provide administrative and coordination support to prospective foster and kinship parents throughout the certification process. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for families, helping them navigate required paperwork and understand their path to certification. This position supports referrals across Jefferson, Douglas, and Arapahoe counties and includes participation in Douglas County Red Team meetings, Family Planning Meetings, and other collaborative meetings as needed. This is a primarily remote role with occasional in-office administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to foster and kinship parents throughout the certification paperwork process
• Assist families in understanding certification requirements and timelines
• Support referrals from Jefferson, Douglas, and Arapahoe counties
• Participate in Douglas County Red Team meetings, Family Planning Meetings, and related collaborative meetings
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for foster and kinship families during the certification process
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and county partners
• Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based engagement practices

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• Active auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and required background checks
