About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Licensed Clinician to work with children and youth who have behavioral and/or mental health diagnoses, including some who may be at risk of removal from their home. In this role, you will provide counseling, parent skill training, and clinical oversight while delivering services in home and community settings.
This position offers a high level of independence and leadership, as you will serve as the treatment team lead for your assigned clients. We are looking for a compassionate, growth-minded clinician who values flexibility, meaningful work, and strong clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services to children and youth
- Deliver parent skill training and family support
- Provide services in home and community-based settings
- Serve as the treatment team lead for assigned clients
- Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate care
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Support clients who may be at risk of out-of-home placement
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling (current master’s program students may be considered)
- Active or license-eligible clinical licensure in Maine, including LMSWcc, LCSW, LCPC, LCPCcc, LMFTS, or LMFTcc
- Ability to work independently while leading a treatment team
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License and active automobile insurance
