About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Clarvida, you will be responsible for conducting intakes, developing treatment plans, and supervising BTs/RBTs for a small, manageable caseload of clients. You will have access to ongoing training and professional development, including live and on-demand CEUs available at no cost.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise BTs/RBTs to ensure the highest quality of care
  • Manage a caseload of 8-10 clients (full-time) or 2-3 clients (part-time)
  • Maintain low billable hour expectations (23 hours/week for full-time)
  • Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of supportive and knowledgeable BCBAs
  • Create and manage your own schedule
  • Access to free CEUs and continuous professional development

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services Discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst within the State of North Carolina (or willing to obtain licensure)
  • Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training

Annual Pay Range
$72,000 - $98,000 annually
