Children’s Partial Hospitalization Program – Pennsylvania
Our Children’s Partial Hospitalization programs serve children ages five through fourteen years of age in central Pennsylvania. Our team of professionals includes a Program Director, Psychiatrist, Certified Special Education Teacher, Mental Health Specialists, and Mental Health Professionals. We provide an on-site therapeutic environment where our students receive academic, emotional, and behavioral support.
Family Preservation and Reunification – Pennsylvania
The Family Preservation and Reunification program offers support to families with a child at risk for or currently placed out of the home. We provide intensive services in the home, working in cooperation with the family, and Children and Youth Services, to determine risk factors. For children at risk, we help the family develop goals that address those risk factors, so that children can remain in their homes. For those children placed out of the home, our goal is for their safe return.
In-Person and Tele-Health Counseling and Therapy – Youth and Family – Arizona
Our counselors and therapists provide services in-person with tele-health therapy availability which can include individual, group or family sessions.
Intake and Assessment Services – Arizona
Every individual seeking behavioral health services receives a comprehensive intake assessment to help determine the necessary treatment. Our offices are able to assist with Medicaid eligibility and coordination of benefits.
Group Services – Arizona
These services are provided in a group setting, allowing for social connections and shared experiences for clients. Parenting classes and substance use programs are a sample of the group services we offer.
Psychiatry/Medication Management – Youth and Family – Arizona
Clarvida of Arizona offers psychiatric services including medication management, and treatment monitoring by licensed and credentialed Behavioral Health Medical Professionals
Case Management – Adult – Arizona
We assist in all aspects of eligible clients’ cases and coordinate appropriate referrals for behavioral health care, treatment and resources. Case Managers serve as advocates, arranging for services and follow-up care to meet clients where they are with their treatment goals.
Supported Employment – Arizona
Supported Employment services are an Evidence-Based Best Practice. Supported Employment helps people with mental illnesses find and keep meaningful jobs in the community
Peer and Family Support – Arizona
Our Peer Support staff assist in navigating the behavioral health system while sharing experiences and successes in their own recovery.
