Outpatient Mental Health Clinician – FT/PT
About the Role
Clarvida is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Clinician to support adults and youth through high-quality therapeutic services. In this role, you will use psychological theory and clinical expertise to complete assessments, develop and review treatment plans, document progress notes, lead groups, and provide individual therapy.
You will collaborate with treatment providers to support clients with behavioral health diagnoses, attend supervision and staff meetings, and ensure compliance with payer standards, HIPAA, and company policies. Many clients begin struggling with emotional regulation and relationships—by graduation, they gain the skills to thrive. The position begins part-time and can grow to full-time (30+ hours) as your caseload increases.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy and lead group counseling
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Support client success through collaboration with treatment providers
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Attend supervision and team meetings
- Assist clients in developing emotional regulation and healthy relational skills
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Knowledge and experience applying psychological theories
- Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
- Commitment to recovery-focused, trauma-informed care
