New Journeys is an evidence-based program for people 15-40 who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. The New Journeys program provides comprehensive wrap-around services focused on assisting clients with identifying their personal goals and needs, to allow them to return to functioning well at their job, school, home and other areas of life.

Case Management Services – Indiana
This service is aimed at moving participants from where they are now to increased self-sufficiency. We provide supervised visitation designed to offer a safe and neutral environment for children to have a relationship with parents or to offer support in high-conflict family situations. We can also assist you with the legal system for services ordered by a Judge or magistrate to participate in specific mental health services. Lastly, we also provide evaluation and monitoring of psychological services to manage mental health symptoms. This service is provided by qualified practitioners with a dedicated background in mental health.
Outpatient Services – Indiana
We offer a wide spectrum of mental health services provided in the office, which are designed to address the issues many people face. These could be problems with your mood, addiction issues, or trauma. Difficulties can range from relatively minor to very serious or complex. Clarvida is able to offer the professional expertise needed to address right where you’re at. Armed with some of the latest innovations in evidence-based care, we understand how to help you and are concerned about what you’re going through. Together, we form a treatment team and develop a plan to help you become well.
Assertive Care Treatment (ACT) – Georgia
Individual-centered, recovery-oriented, and a highly intensive community based service for individuals who have serious and persistent mental illness.
Individuals that qualify for this service have been unsuccessfully treated in the traditional mental health service system because of their high level of mental health acuity.
Intensive Case Management – Georgia
This service consists of providing environmental supports and care coordination to assist a person with improving his/her functioning, gaining access to necessary services, and creating an environment that promotes recovery
Supported Employment – Georgia
Services are available to any individuals who express a desire and have a goal for competitive employment and who, due to the impact and severity of their mental illness, have recently lost employment, or been underemployed or unemployed on a frequent or long-term basis.
Peer Support Services – Georgia
A service that provides structured activities within a peer support center
Promotes socialization, recovery, wellness, self-advocacy, development of natural supports, and maintenance of community living skills.

Intensive Residential Services – Georgia
Services consist of 24/7 on-site assistance to individuals within a residential setting to successfully maintain housing stability in the community, continue with their recovery, and increase self-sufficiency.
Provided in group home settings
Semi-Independent Residential Services – Georgia
Offers a minimum of 36 hours per week of on-site programming for individuals within a residential setting to assist them to successfully maintain stable housing, continue with their recovery, and increase self-sufficiency.
Provided in an integrated apartment setting.
